Barnard, aka Texas Pepper) is over 25 years as Pastor/Evangelist
along with gospel recording/singer/song writer. I have been blessed
with a musical gift from the Lord and sing in Christian services
or perform in these Talent Show's for His glory. During the 25 years
plus, I have had the joy of singing and speaking in over 15 countires
around the world on TV, Concerts, City Wide Crusades, High Schools,
Prisons, Shopping Malls, Rock Concerts, Churches, Cathedrals, and
