Dinning each night is different each night. This night was "We are the world" night. Staff came out singing the song and holding lights.

Mid-Night Chocolate Buffet –TO DIE FOR! Bring you’re Zip Lock Bags!

My nightly pick was anything fish to start dinner or main dish. Always well prepared not matter what entree was choosen.

Again, the dessert time was a production.

Staff on cruise ships come from many different countries of the world. Each bring their own unique cultural personalities. From India, Phillipines, China, South America, Mexico, Caribbean, Egypt and numerous other countries. The normal work calender is ten months on board ship and 2 months paid vacation at home. Salary is very small, so tips from their customers are 80-90 % of their income.

Have also cruised on RCL. All cruise ships make dinning an event of the evening. Ladies enjoy the elegant dressup; being served many course dinners. The photo above is the waiter on NCL dancing-well you can see that of course.

The Norwegian Sea Mid-Night Buffet is an event not to be missed on any ship. A chocolate lovers delight

Rooms were small but a port hole make the difference

The NCL Guest Talent Show. I sang "New York New York" at the Karaoke (picture below) one night getting some ladies to come up and do the New York Rockets kick with me. Guest Relations Personal was there and asked me to sing with the band in The NCL Guest Talent Show. My history is this. Gospel singer and recording (slash) Pastor/Evangelist around the world from 1965 to about 1995. Visit our new website David Barnard Ministries
