Club Tulum dinning is the
highpoint of the resort. Excellent food, prepared by
friendly well trained cooks will have you coming back
with expectation for the next meal. On a scale of 1-10
Linda and I give the food preparation, presentation,
quality and flavor a 9.5
- the choices were just outstanding.
Meat, fish all cook fresh after you picked you choice.
This is not just our rating, but of other guest from
Spain, Italy, Canada, Mexico, USA. The CT staff of
cooks work hard to exceed your expectations. The man
cooking in the larger photo in the middle is the Club
Maeva General Manager, Mr. Julian Castaneda. He cooks
each Tuesday night in the main dinning room and may
I say, an excellent chef. |

Like fresh baked bread? Who would
not. Well, every morning fresh baked bread is ready
for breakfast and continues on through the day and evening.
NOTE:
After 10PM a snack room is open all night with drinks,
sandwiches, deserts. It is located just accross from
the steps leading up to the main dinning room.

The photo of the man (yours truly)
eating a habanero pepper won
the contest by eating and remained standing. The habanero
is grown in The Yucatan Peninsula, are yellow and dark
green and are rated 100 times hotter than a Jalapeno
[hah-lah-PEH-nyoh]. Now you know you know why my stie
is called "Texas Pepper."
