The Talent Show

They got me to be a Priest in the Talent Show....I was to proposition the hooker on the lamp pole.  Everyone thought I was going for her, but when we hit the price of $5 Pesos...I take the lamp post and run off the stage.  It was planned that way.  I did have second thoughts.   It is an open air theater with about 150 seats.  The guests make up the show as well as the audience.  They were screaming with laughter as she propositioned and I only had $4 pesos.  I get down and pray and a guy up top drops a $1 peso and it lands near me.  The crowd was going wild...yelling, "Padre, a miracle. You have the peso."  They have something different at the theater each night. When you go, don't miss this!

 

This is Paul who played the bass in the Talent show.  He loaned me the guitar. Sorry, did not get a picture of the Karaoke show but ....but did win first place, ThankyouThankyouverymuch.  Never met a microphone I did not like.  There were other guests in the talent show that were just outstanding. The guest had so much fun in the talent show.  

The above shot is a photo to the right from my room. The staff at the Gala are super at making your stay fun and active. The Gala guests are  mostly families, couples and about 10 % singles. Everyone blended.  Families, couples make you feel welcome to join in for dinners, pool side, drinks and all the water activities.
